Health Certificate/Coggins

A negative Coggins is required within 12 months of entering Arizona for any equine 6 months of age or older. Negative results are required for a health certificate or certificate of veterinary inspection to be written. Health certificates or certificates of veterinary inspection will be valid for 30 days for travel across state lines. Please inform your veterinarian if you are traveling across country borders, as this requires different documentation.
